Let's talk about confidence. 😎"Anastasiya, how do become confident?" so many of my students ask me.Is it something I am born with? Or can I learn it? Does it come to me or do I have to find it?It is all of the above.Confidence is you as you are born. It is you learning to recognize it inside you because you feel you have "lost" it. Where in fact, you cloud it with your own fears (that are mostly imposed by your own self-criticism by comparing yourself to others).Confidence comes to you when you allow yourself to find yourself.Here's the plain truth about me:✔️ I am confident when it comes to my work, my skills, and what I offer to the table to my employers, my students, my colleagues, my clients and my mentors.✔️I am confident in my accent, for it only speaks to my ability to speak different languages. (More on that later.)✔️ I am confident to ask questions and answer questions in any setting.✔️I am confident as a woman, for I have learned to take care and love myself as one. This one is the hardest.But what does connect all these levels of confidence?✔️Learning.Yes, learning to be - to recognize yourself for who you are and who you are not.Then working on the things that you can improve in yourself - skills, habits, experience, etc. - to be better, to grow and to be confident.Confidence means recognizing yourself and what you offer to others and committing to this transparency as you continue on your mission.Confidence is the process of growth.I am confident that I am not perfect.Because knowing that, I know that with confidence I can talk about confidence and all that I share with you and everyone in my life.Confidence never comes and it never goes.As you grow, it blooms within you.➡️Here's my question to you: What are your confidence points?Let me see the colours of who you are! 🥰

Through your body language 💯Why are your physical boundaries important? ⬇️✔️ You are in control of the conversation or presentation you are leading and feel comfortable.✔️ You don’t give mixed messages (a.k.a. You say one thing, but people understand another).✔️ Most importantly, you show you respect the space of those around you and build a more trusting connection with them.Your communication is defined by your body language.
